Use / application / consumption recommendation:
On training days, consume 3 to 5 g (approx. 1 teaspoon) of D-ribose 15 to 30 minutes before training and immediately after training. The powder can be added to foods, e.g. Cold food or be stirred into drinks and consumed. At present there is no EU recommendation for the daily requirement of D-ribose. Since D-ribose can affect blood sugar levels, insulin-dependent diabetics should consult their doctor before consumption.
