Therapeutic indications
Canesten Cutaneous Solution is used in the topical treatment of mycosis of the skin and skin folds, such as pityriasis versicolor, skin candidiasis, tinea pedis or athlete’s foot, tinea corporis.
Dosage and Posology
Canesten Cutaneous Solution 1% should be applied in small quantities 2 times a day, in correspondence with the parts to be treated. Given Canesten’s high fungicidal activity, the application of a small amount of solution is usually sufficient to treat a surface the size of the palm of a hand.

Generally, a treatment period of three to four weeks is sufficient for the disappearance of the manifestations. Continue therapy with Canesten Cutaneous Solution for at least 2 weeks after the symptoms have disappeared in order to consolidate the therapeutic results obtained and avoid reinfections. In the event that after 3-4 weeks of continuous use you do not notice appreciable results, consult your doctor. Consult your doctor if the disorder occurs repeatedly or if you notice any recent changes in its characteristics.

Canesten Soluzione Cutanea si usa nel trattamento topico della micosi della pelle e delle pieghe cutanee, come pitiriasi versicolore, candidosi cutanea, tinea pedis o piede d’atleta, tinea corporis.
Dosaggio e Posologia
Canesten Soluzione Cutanea 1% va applicato in piccole quantita 2 volte al giorno, in corrispondenza delle parti da trattare. Considerata l’elevata attivita fungicida di Canesten, e di norma sufficiente l’applicazione di una piccola quantita di soluzione per il trattamento di una superficie della grandezza del palmo di una mano.
Attenzione: non superare le dosi indicate senza il consiglio del medico.
In genere, per la scomparsa delle manifestazioni, e sufficiente un periodo di trattamento di tre-quattro settimane. Prosegua la terapia con Canesten Soluzione Cutanea per almeno 2 settimane dopo la scomparsa delle manifestazioni al fine di consolidare i risultati terapeutici ottenuti ed evitare reinfezioni. Nel caso in cui dopo 3-4 settimane di impiego continuativo non nota risultati apprezzabili, consulti il medico. Consulti il medico se il disturbo si presenta ripetutamente o se ha notato un qualsiasi cambiamento recente delle sue caratteristiche.
