Cutaneous powder for topical use based on clotrimazole.
Therapeutic indications
Canesten Powder Cutanea is used in the topical treatment of moist mycoses of the skin and skin folds, especially if located in covered or poorly ventilated areas (for example: tinea pedis or athlete’s foot, tinea cruris, tinea inguinalis).
Dosage and Posology
Canesten Powder Cutaneava taken in the following doses and methods: it should be applied 2-3 times a day, after having thoroughly washed and dried the affected area. In athlete’s foot it is advisable to sprinkle the inside of socks and shoes with Canesten powder.
In general, for the disappearance of the manifestations, a period of treatment without interruption of three to four weeks is sufficient. In order to consolidate the therapeutic results obtained and avoid reinfections, it is advisable to continue therapy with Canesten for at least two weeks after the disappearance of the manifestations.

Indicazioni terapeutiche
Canesten Polvere Cutanea si usa nel trattamento topico delle micosi umide della pelle e delle pieghe cutanee soprattutto se localizzate in zone coperte o scarsamente aerate ( ad esempio: tinea pedis o piede d’atleta, tinea cruris, tinea inguinalis).
Dosaggio e Posologia
Canesten Polvere Cutaneava assunta nelle seguenti dosi e modalita: va applicato 2-3 volte al giorno, dopo aver lavato ed asciugato accuratamente la zona interessata. Nel piede d’atleta si consiglia di cospargere con Canesten polvere anche l’interno delle calze e delle scarpe.
In genere per la scomparsa delle manifestazioni, e sufficiente un periodo di trattamento senza interruzione di tre-quattro settimane. Al fine di consolidare i risultati terapeutici ottenuti ed evitare reinfezioni, e opportuno proseguire la terapia con Canesten per almeno due settimane dopo la scomparsa delle manifestazioni.
