Indications
Blizcare silicone scars can be used on postoperative scars, burn scars, post-traumatic scars and other types of scars, e.g. after tattoo removal. It can be used on any scar due to the way and time of its formation in children and adults. The plasters are most preferably used within two years after wound closure.
The method of using the medical device
Use after the wound is completely healed and after removing the sutures.
Thoroughly clean and dry the scar before use.
If there is a need to precisely adjust the size of the patch to the scar surface, it can be trimmed.
The patch should be changed on average every 5 to 7 days.
When changing the patch, ensure proper skin hygiene at the site of application.
Contraindications and precautions
The patches should only be applied externally to healed skin. Do not use on broken skin and open wounds.
Do not use simultaneously with other preparations and drugs applied in the place of application.
Discontinue use in the event of irritation or other disturbing changes.
In the case of use in children, protect the place of application of the patches against uncontrolled removal of the patch by the child.
Do not use after the expiry date.
Store in the original packaging, out of the reach of children.
Store below 25oC.
Possible side effects of the medical device
There may be redness, soreness or irritation at the application site.

Wskazania

Można stosować na każdą bliznę przez względu na sposób i czas jej powstania u dzieci i dorosłych. Najkorzystniej stosować plastry w okresie do dwóch lat po zamknięciu rany.
Sposób użycia wyrobu medycznego
Stosować po całkowitym zagojeniu rany i po zdjęciu szwów.
Przed użyciem dokładnie oczyścić i osuszć bliznę.
Jeżeli istnieje potrzeba precyzyjnego dopasowania wielkości plastra do powierzchni blizny, możliwe jest jego docięcie.
Plaster powinien być zmieniany średnio co 5 do 7 dni.
Podczas zmian plastra należy zadbać o właściwą higienę skóry w miejscu jego stosowania.
Przeciwwskazania i środki ostrożności
Plastry mogą być stosowane tylko zewnętrznie na zagojoną skórę. Nie stosować na zranioną skórę i otwarte rany.
Nie stosować jednocześnie z innymi preparatami i lekami nałożonymi w miejsce aplikacji.
W przypadku objawów podrażnienia lub innych niepokojących zmian przerwać stosowanie.
W przypadku stosowania u dzieci zabezpieczć miejsce stosowania plastrów przed niekontrolowanym ściągnięciem plastra przez dziecko.
Nie używać po upływie terminu ważności.
Przechowywać w oryginalnym opakowaniu w miejscu niedostępnym dla dzieci.
Przechowywać w temperaturze poniżej 25oC.
Możliwe działania niepożądane wyrobu medycznego
Może wystąpić zaczerwienienie, bolesność lub podrażnienie w miejscu zastosowania.
