The dressing is made of a hydrophobic polyamide mesh with the addition of metallic silver and triglyceride ointment. The product does not contain petroleum jelly and other paraffin-based ingredients.
Action
Under the influence of the moist environment of the wound, silver joy is released from the dressing, which has a bactericidal effect (against gram-negative bacteria, e.g. Klebsiella pneumoniae and gram-positive bacteria, e.g. Staphylococcus aureus, also against MRSA strains). Triglyceride ointment cares for the edges of the wound and ensures their elasticity. The dressing does not stick, allows exudate to pass through, and provides good ventilation and oxygenation of the wound.
The microbiological effect of the product lasts at least 7 days.
Indications
The Atrauman Ag dressing is indicated for the supportive treatment of infected wounds (chronic and acute) and as an additional measure to prevent infections during wound therapy.

Use of the product
1. Remove the dressing from the packaging.
2. Peel off the protective paper on one side and apply the product to the wound.
3. Remove the protective layer from the other side.
4. Use an additional, sterile, absorbent dressing to remove excess secretions.
5. Unless the doctor recommends otherwise, the dressing can be changed with each secondary dressing change.
If there is a thick secretion, it is recommended that the Atrauman Ag dressing be incised to prevent its stagnation.

Klebsiella pneumoniae oraz na bakterie gram-dodatnie np. Staphylococcus aureus, także na szczepy MRSA). Maść z triglicerydów pielęgnuje brzegi rany i zapewnia ich elastyczność. Opatrunek nie przywiera, przepuszcza wysięk i zapewnia dobrą wentylację i utlenienie rany.

Opatrunek Atrauman Ag wskazany jest do leczenia wspomagającego ran zainfekowanych (przewlekłych i ostrych) oraz jako dodatkowy środek zapobiegający infekcjom w trakcie terapii ran.

2. Odklej papierową warstwę ochronną z jednej strony i przyłóż produkt do rany.
3. Usuń warstwę ochronną z drugiej strony.
4. W celu usuwania nadmiaru wydzieliny zastosuj dodatkowy, jałowy opatrunek chłonny.
5. Jeśli lekarz nie zaleci inaczej opatrunek można zmieniać przy każdej zmianie opatrunku wtórnego.
W przypadku występowania gęstej wydzieliny zaleca się nacięcie opatrunku Atrauman Ag, aby zapobiec jej zastojom.
