Apselan plus is a combined nasal decongestant drug with analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory properties. Apselan Pus in coated tablets contains 2 active substances and has a multi-directional effect. Ibuprofen reduces pain and fever as well as inflammation. Pseudoephedrine reduces nasal congestion and clears the nose and the paranasal sinuses. The drug can be used temporarily in case of nasal or sinus obstruction accompanied by headache and fever.
The active substances are ibuprofen and pseudoephedrine.
1 film-coated tablet contains 200 mg of ibuprofen and 30 mg of pseudoephedrine.
Excipients: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate. Coating: lactose monohydrate, hypromellose 6cP, titanium dioxide (E 171), macrogol 6000.
Dosage

The drug is administered whole orally, after a meal. The recommended dosage of Apselan Plus for adults and children over 15 years of age is 1 to 2 film-coated tablets every 4 to 6 hours. The maximum daily dose is 6 tablets.

Apselan Pus w tabletkach powlekanych zawiera 2 substancje czynne i działa wielokierunkowo. Ibuprofen zmniejsza ból i gorączkę, a także stan zapalny. Pseudoefedryna zmniejsza przekrwienie śluzówki w nosie i udrażnia nos oraz zatoki oboczne nosa. Lek można stosować doraźnie przy niedrożności nosa czy zatok z towarzyszącym bólem głowy, gorączką.
Substancjami czynnymi leku są: ibuprofen i pseudoefedryna.

Dawkowanie
