Treatment of secretion disorders in acute and chronic bronchopulmonary diseases.
Dosage
Nebulizer Solution Adults: 2–3 ampoules per day. Children up to 5 years: 1–2 ampoules per day. Children over 5 years: 2–3 ampoules per day. Since coughing can occur in deep breathing of aerosols, you should try to breathe normally during inhalation. It is advisable to heat the solution to body temperature before inhalation. In patients suffering from bronchial asthma it is recommended to administer the usual bronchospasmolytic before inhalation. The solution to be nebulized can be administered using normal aerosol therapy devices. It can also be diluted in distilled water in the ratio 1: 1. Syrup Adults: 10 ml (30 mg) 3 times a day. Children 2 to 5 years: 2.5 ml (7.5 mg) 3 times a day Children over 5 years: 5 ml (15 mg) 3 times a day. It is recommended to take the syrup after meals. Do not use ambroxol for prolonged treatments.

Posologia
Soluzione da nebulizzare Adulti: 2–3 fiale al giorno. Bambini fino ai 5 anni: 1–2 fiale al giorno. Bambini oltre i 5 anni: 2–3 fiale al giorno. Poiché nella respirazione profonda di aerosol può subentrare tosse, si deve cercare di respirare normalmente durante l’inalazione. Si consiglia di riscaldare la soluzione fino alla temperatura corporea prima dell’inalazione. In pazienti affetti da asma bronchiale si raccomanda di somministrare il consueto broncospasmolitico prima dell’inalazione. La soluzione da nebulizzare può essere somministrata mediante i normali apparecchi per aerosolterapia. Può essere anche diluita in acqua distillata nel rapporto 1:1. Sciroppo Adulti: 10 ml (30 mg) 3 volte al giorno. Bambini da 2 a 5 anni: 2,5 ml (7,5 mg) 3 volte al giorno.Bambini oltre i 5 anni: 5 ml (15 mg) 3 volte al giorno. Si consiglia di assumere lo sciroppo dopo i pasti. Non usare ambroxolo per trattamenti protratti.
