Amarin tea 50g
Bitter herbal sprinkled for normal digestion. It is suitable after consuming fatty and heavy meals and as a substitute for digestives.
INGREDIENTS
Lemon balm stem, deafblind stem, matte green leaf, wormwood stem (5%), thyme stem, Benedict stem, yarrow stem, basil stem.
DOSAGE
Pour 0.25 l of just boiling water over 1 tablespoon of the mixture, cover and leave for 15 min. leach. From a second cup of tea prepared in the same way, take two tablespoons of chilled infusion every hour. In the following days, repeat the above procedure until the digestion improves. Then drink 1 cup a day for at least another ten days.

Hořký bylinný sypaný pro normální trávení. Je vhodný po konzumaci tučných a těžkých jídel a jako náhrada digestivu.
SLOŽENÍ
Meduňka nať, hluchavka nať, maté zelené list, pelyněk nať (5 %), tymián nať, benedikt nať, řebříček nať, bazalka nať.
DÁVKOVÁNÍ
1 polévkovou lžíci směsi přelít 0,25 l právě vroucí vody, přikrýt a nechat 15 min. vyluhovat. Z druhého stejně připraveného šálky čaje užívat každou hodinu dvě polévkové lžíce zchladlého nálevu. V dalších dnech výše uvedený postup opakovat až do zlepšení trávení. Potom pít ještě nejméně deset dní 1 šálek denně.
