Thioctic acid, the active ingredient in Alpha-Lipon Aristo® 600 mg, is a substance formed in higher organisms in the body’s own metabolism, which influences certain metabolic functions of the body. In addition, thioctic acid has protective (antioxidant) properties that protect nerve cells from reactive degradation products. Alpha-Lipon Aristo® 600 mg is used to treat abnormal sensations in diabetic nerve damage (polyneuropathy).
2. WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW BEFORE USING ALPHA-LIPON ARISTO® 600 MG?
Alpha-Lipon Aristo® 600 mg must not be used if you are allergic to thioctic acid or any of the other ingredients of this medicinal product (listed in section 6).

Take special care when using Alpha-Lipon Aristo® 600 mg:
In connection with the use of Alpha-Lipon Aristo® 600 mg as a solution for injection or infusion, allergic reactions (hypersensitivity reactions) up to life-threatening shock (sudden circulatory failure) have been observed (see section 4. Side effects). For this reason, your doctor treating you will monitor you for early symptoms (e.g. itching, nausea, malaise, etc.) while you are using Alpha-Lipon Aristo® 600 mg. If these occur, therapy should be stopped immediately; further therapeutic measures may be necessary.
Thioctsäure, der Wirkstoff in Alpha-Lipon Aristo® 600 mg, ist eine bei höheren Lebewesen im körpereigenen Stoffwechsel gebildete Substanz, die bestimmte Stoffwechselleistungen des Körpers beeinflusst. Darüber hinaus besitzt Thioctsäure die Nervenzelle vor reaktiven Abbauprodukten schützende (antioxidative) Eigenschaften. Alpha-Lipon Aristo® 600 mg wird angewendet zur Therapie von Missempfindungen bei diabetischer Nervenschädigung (Polyneuropathie).
2. WAS SOLLTEN SIE VOR DER ANWENDUNG VON ALPHA-LIPON ARISTO® 600 MG BEACHTEN?
Alpha-Lipon Aristo® 600 mg darf nicht angewendet werden, wenn Sie allergisch gegen Thioctsäure oder einen der in Abschnitt 6. genannten sonstigen Bestandteile dieses Arzneimittels sind.

Besondere Vorsicht bei der Anwendung von Alpha-Lipon Aristo® 600 mg ist erforderlich:
Im Zusammenhang mit der Anwendung von Alpha-Lipon Aristo® 600 mg als Injektionsoder Infusionslösung wurden allergische Reaktionen (Überempfindlichkeitsreaktionen) bis hin zum lebensbedrohlichen Schock (plötzliches Kreislaufversagen) beobachtet (siehe Abschnitt 4. Nebenwirkungen). Deswegen wird Ihr behandelnder Arzt Sie während der Anwendung von Alpha-Lipon Aristo® 600 mg auf das Auftreten von Frühsymptomen (z. B. Juckreiz, Übelkeit, Unwohlsein, etc.) überwachen. Falls diese auftreten, ist die Therapie sofort zu beenden; ggf. sind weitere Therapiemaßnahmen erforderlich.
L’acide thioctique, l’ingrédient actif d’Alpha-Lipon Aristo® 600 mg, est une substance formée dans les organismes supérieurs dans le propre métabolisme du corps, qui influence certaines fonctions métaboliques du corps. De plus, l’acide thioctique possède des propriétés antioxydantes qui protègent les cellules nerveuses des produits de dégradation réactifs. Alpha-Lipon Aristo® 600 mg est utilisé pour traiter les sensations anormales dans les lésions nerveuses diabétiques (polyneuropathie).
2. QUELLES SONT LES INFORMATIONS A CONNAITRE AVANT D’UTILISER ALPHA-LIPON ARISTO® 600 MG ?
Alpha-Lipon Aristo® 600 mg ne doit pas être utilisé si vous êtes allergique à l’acide thioctique ou à l’un des autres composants contenus dans ce médicament (mentionnés dans la rubrique 6).

Adressez-vous à votre médecin avant d’utiliser Alpha-Lipon Aristo 600 mg.
Faites particulièrement attention lors de l’utilisation d’Alpha-Lipon Aristo® 600 mg :
En relation avec l’utilisation d’Alpha-Lipon Aristo® 600 mg en solution injectable ou pour perfusion, des réactions allergiques (réactions d’hypersensibilité) pouvant aller jusqu’à un choc mettant en jeu le pronostic vital (insuffisance circulatoire soudaine) ont été observées (voir rubrique 4. Effets indésirables). Pour cette raison, votre médecin traitant vous surveillera pour détecter les premiers symptômes (par exemple, démangeaisons, nausées, malaise, etc.) pendant que vous utilisez Alpha-Lipon Aristo® 600 mg. Si cela se produit, le traitement doit être arrêté immédiatement ; d’autres mesures thérapeutiques peuvent être nécessaires.
El ácido tióctico, el ingrediente activo de Alpha-Lipon Aristo® 600 mg, es una sustancia formada en organismos superiores en el propio metabolismo del cuerpo, que influye en ciertas funciones metabólicas del cuerpo. Además, el ácido tióctico tiene propiedades antioxidantes que protegen las células nerviosas de los productos reactivos de degradación. Alpha-Lipon Aristo® 600 mg se usa para tratar las sensaciones anormales en el daño del nervio diabético (polineuropatía).
2. ¿QUÉ DEBE SABER ANTES DE USAR ALPHA-LIPON ARISTO® 600 MG?
Alpha-Lipon Aristo® 600 mg no debe utilizarse si es alérgico al ácido tióctico oa cualquiera de los demás componentes de este medicamento (incluidos en la sección 6).

En relación con el uso de Alpha-Lipon Aristo® 600 mg como solución inyectable o para perfusión, se han observado reacciones alérgicas (reacciones de hipersensibilidad) hasta un shock potencialmente mortal (insuficiencia circulatoria repentina) (ver sección 4. Efectos secundarios). Por esta razón, su médico que lo esté tratando lo controlará para detectar síntomas tempranos (por ejemplo, picazón, náuseas, malestar, etc.) mientras esté usando Alpha-Lipon Aristo® 600 mg. Si esto ocurre, la terapia debe interrumpirse inmediatamente; pueden ser necesarias otras medidas terapéuticas.
