Therapeutic indications
Actifed Decongestant contains xylometazoline, a substance that helps constrict blood vessels in the nose, reducing edema of the nasal mucosa (the inner lining of the nose), and making breathing easier. Actifed Decongestant Nasal Spray also contains hyaluronic acid (in the form of sodium hyaluronate), which protects and hydrates the nasal mucosa. The spray is used for the short-term treatment of nasal congestion with runny nose due to the common cold or sinusitis.
Dosage and posology
Adults and children over 12 years: unless otherwise indicated by the doctor or pharmacist, it is recommended to dispense Actifed Decongestant in each nostril up to 3 times a day for a maximum of 7 days.

Dosaggio e posologia
Adulti e ragazzi sopra ai 12 anni: a meno di quanto diversamente indicato dal medico o dal farmacista, si consiglia un’erogazione di Actifed Decongestionante in ciascuna narice fino a 3 volte al dì per un massimo di 7 giorni.
